Sara Sharif: Ten-year-old wore hijab to hide her injuries

A court has heard more harrowing details about 10-year-old Sara Sharif, including claims she was restrained, beaten and hooded with plastic bags in a long campaign of abuse leading up to her death.
Jurors were told that neighbours often heard screams, smacking and crying from the family’s home.
Sara’s father, stepmother and uncle all deny murdering her in August last year.
